Mary Kay is a world famous cosmetic brand based in United States. While I was at Huge, they reached us to rethink the mobile experience and how we could facilitate the conversation between the beauty consultant and the customer.

The main question here is that the customer can't buy the products directly throught the website — the consultant must go to the customer's home to sell the products — and neither they can look for a consultant that is based on their style, occasion and location.

Luiz Bordim and I thought on different moments throughout the customer's and consultant's journey. We wanted to give power to the consultant while they are selling and give the customer the option to choose from the best available consultants.
